ABOUT THIS FILM PROJECT :

Phoebe Ballard Ford inherited  boxes of photos, documents, scrapbooks, and family trees from her mother, Elizabeth McConaughy Brown. For years, the family’s boxes gathered dust. From the tales her mother had told her, Phoebe knew that her boxes were filled with both small and epic stories of inspiring ancestors. Inside was her own family’s history of America. With the expert help of StoryKeep, Phoebe organized, digitized, and cataloged her family’s collection. Then, using selected images to illustrate her tale, Phoebe shared her family’s incredible 700-year journey from Scotland to the New World.
